Why we manufacture in-house: what an owned facility changes for private label buyers
Lead time, quality control and supply security look different when the brand talks to the production line directly. What our Istanbul facility means for OEM and hotel amenities buyers.

Private label buyers usually meet a chain: an agent, a trading company, and somewhere behind them a factory they never see. Every question about a formula, a fragrance change or a delivery date travels down that chain and back. We built the cosmetics and hotel amenities arm of the group the other way round: the production facility belongs to the group, and the team you talk to is the team that runs it.
What the facility is
The site in Istanbul has 4,500 m² of enclosed area and operates under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22716 GMP. An in-house R&D team covers the whole path from product development and formulation to packaging and design. Two product areas share the site: OEM / private label cosmetics (skin care, hair care, personal care) and hotel guest amenities (shampoo, lotion, soap and personal care sets in bottle, tube and single-use formats).
Three things that change for the buyer
- Quality and supply under direct control. There is no intermediary between the brand and the production line. A specification change is a conversation with the people who will run the batch, not a message relayed through three companies.
- Fast lead times. Planning, production and dispatch are managed by one team on one site. When a hotel group needs a seasonal format or a brand needs a reformulation, the decision and the execution sit in the same room.
- Private label end to end. International partners' requests are handled from formulation to finished goods, including fragrance, formula and packaging preferences. The brand defines the product; the facility does not push a standard line.
Who this is for
Cosmetics brands looking for an OEM partner in skin, hair and personal care; hotel and HORECA buyers who need amenities in their own branding and formats. The team exhibits at HORECA Antalya and HIP Expo Madrid, and runs active export partnerships in the European market.
If you are evaluating a private label supplier, ask who owns the line. The answer tells you how quickly problems get solved.
